StudyMates Influencer Commission Policy

The StudyMates Influencer Program allows approved influencers to earn commissions from qualifying memberships purchased using their unique referral code or referral link.

Participation in the program is subject to the Influencer Program Terms and this Commission Policy.

A referral qualifies for commission when:

• A user completes a valid membership purchase using the influencer's referral code or referral link.
• The payment is successfully processed and received.
• The transaction is not fraudulent, disputed, refunded, or cancelled.

StudyMates reserves the right to determine the validity of any referral.

As part of our early growth initiative, selected influencers may be eligible for promotional commission rates.

These promotional rates are temporary and are provided at the sole discretion of StudyMates.

Participation in the early-adopter program does not guarantee the availability of any commission rate in the future.

StudyMates may modify, reduce, increase, suspend, or discontinue:

• Commission percentages
• Bonus programs
• Referral rewards
• Coupon discounts
• Eligibility requirements

Such changes may be implemented at any time with or without prior notice. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect commissions already approved for payment unless fraud, abuse, or policy violations are identified.

Commission data displayed in the influencer dashboard is provided for informational purposes.

While we strive for accuracy, StudyMates reserves the right to correct tracking errors, duplicate transactions, invalid referrals, or technical inaccuracies.

The records maintained by StudyMates shall be considered final for commission calculations.

Commissions will not be paid for transactions that are:

• Refunded
• Cancelled
• Charged back
• Fraudulent
• Generated through prohibited activities

If a commission has already been credited for such a transaction, StudyMates may reverse, deduct, or adjust the amount from future payouts.

Influencers may not:

• Create fake accounts or fake purchases.
• Refer themselves solely for commission generation.
• Use bots, automated systems, or deceptive methods.
• Manipulate referral tracking systems.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive promotional practices.

Violations may result in commission cancellation, account suspension, or permanent removal from the program.

Commissions become eligible for payout only after successful verification by StudyMates.

Verification may include fraud checks, payment confirmation, and policy compliance reviews.

All commission calculations, referral validations, eligibility determinations, and payout decisions made by StudyMates shall be final.

StudyMates reserves the right to investigate any activity that may affect the integrity of the Influencer Program.

Questions regarding commissions or referral tracking may be submitted through the official StudyMates support channels.
